There are unconfirmed reports that actress Toyin Aimakhuhas separated from her husband Adeniyi Johnson after one and six months of marriage

Though not confirmed, a handful of Nigerian tabloids are claiming that the Yoruba Nollywood actress and upcoming actor have gone their separate ways with series of allegations of infidelity.

Aimakhu has removed her husband’s surname ‘Johnson’ from her Instagram profile and fully reverted to her maiden name.

Adeniyi Joshnson popularly called Niyi has also reportedly changed his Facebook status to ‘separated’. This could not be confirmed at the time of this report.

Toyin Aimakhu has not responded to any of the allegations; she however posted a cryptic message on her Instagram today (January 24, 2015) condemning actions of people who throw harsh words at celebrities and the likes. Many believe her message is a reaction to the rumours.

I just wonder why pple murder pple with words,don’t u feel pple s pain and wen things happen u write we love we do rip painful word bla bla,pls don’t murder me with words walk in my shoe..pls don’t make it worse with ur words pls if u can’t help pls don’t make it worse’, the actress wrote.

The pair got married on Monday, July 8, 2013 at the Ikoyi Marriage Registry, Lagos in the presence of family members and a few friends.

A year later, Toyin celebrated their wedding anniversary with a message on Instagram; ‘God I thank u for the journey so far, firstAdeniyi oko mi happy wedding anniversary and thanks for choosing me…#moreyearstocome #oneanniversary #tilldeath #mrnmrsjohnson #keepprayingforus…’.
