Both devices were announced at the Unpacked 2015 event on Thursday.
Both devices are technically “phablets”, coming with 5.7-inch displays and metal and glass designs.
The Note 5 is the latest in the Note family, while the S6 Edge+ is basically j the latest in the Note family, while the S6 Edge+ is basically just an enlargement of the S6 Edge.
The devices carry similar internal specifications: AMOLED displays with 2,560 x 1,440 resolution, Exynos octa-core processors (2.1GHz quad-core + 1.5GHz quad-core) and 4GB of RAM.
They also come with 16-megapixel back cameras, and 5-megapixel front cameras for the perfect selfie.
The devices will be arriving in two storage versions, 32GB and 64GB.
