One of the problem facing Nigeria’s business world is the ever growing persistence of people who perform scam activities.
Scammers as they are fondly called, operate every where, either online or offline. A famous principal Researcher at Microsoft , Cormac Herley says in one of his article titled “Nigerians Try To Stop Nigerian Internet Scammers” that Nigerian Scam‘ is now one of the suggested auto-completes in a Google search for Nigeria. This indicates the high occurence of the fradulent activity and people’s unending desire to avoid being scammed.
Dating site, Forum sites and large marketplaces in Nigeria give room for scammers, because they confuse people with amazingly cheap things.
Often times, people who have been scammed in one way or the other discourage other from trading in such business platform based on their experience
There is a general notion that all Nigerian free online classifieds Ads website are scam full. JiJi.ng, is unfortunately, not an exception.
