Beyonce and husband Jay Z were spotted at the Menil Museum in Houston Texas and Bey wore a red African print dress by Italian-Haitian designer Stella Jean.

Beyonce wore the red dress with statement gold earrings, a braided crown hairdo adorned with red flowers to match.
