Barcelona have confirmed the signing of Arda Turan, on a five-year deal from Atletico Madrid for an initial fee of €34.
The former Galatasaray player was reportedly a target for Chelsea and Manchester United but opted to join the La Liga champions, Meanwhile, Meanwhile, Barcelona have the option of selling him back to Atletico Madrid for €4.1m lose until July 20.
Turan will not be able to play for Barcelona until January 2016 as they are still under Fifa ban.
