Former Barcelona president and also the presidential candidate for the forthcoming presidential elections Joan Laporta has praised the acquisition of Arda Turan from Atletico Madrid but admits he is yet to decide whether to veto the former Galatasaray’s arrival at Nou Camp should he win the the forthcoming elections.
Barcelona announced the signing of Arda Turan on Monday with a clause that he could be returned back at a lose of €4.1 million should the new president opt against his signing.
The former president made it known he is an admirer of Arda but Eric Abidal, whom he intends to appoint as his technical secretary, and coach Enrique would decide the fate of Arda move to the club.
