A group of seven breakaway governors of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have announced their merger with the All progressives Congress (APC).
Five of the seven governors today met at the Kano State lodge in Abuja to finalize the decision to breakaway from the ruling party early today.
Governor Rotimi Amaechi of Rivers state confirmed the merger to Saharareporters.
