Tems become the first African Artiste to have 5 songs on the Billboard Hot 100

Popular Nigerian female singer, Temilade Openiyi, known professionally as Tems has become the first African Artiste to have 5 entries on the Billboard Hot 100.

The five entries includes;

1. Essence by Wizkid ft. Tems
2. Fountains by Drake ft. Tems
3. Wait For U by Future ft. Drake & Tems
4. Tems’ Free Mind
5. Move by Beyonce ft. Tems & Grace Jones

Tems have now broken her four-entry tie with Afrobeats heavyweight Wizkid with whom she previously held the record for most Billboard Hot 100 entries by a Nigerian artist.
