The duo were spotted hanging out in Lagos on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 in preparation for a collaboration expected to make its debut with the 2014 Hennessy artistry campaign.
It is the first ever collaboration between the two, who belong to different generations but have continued to stretch themselves for their fans. The collaboration is believed to be one of the most expected and talked about duets in recent time due to the vast influence of both in the Nigerian music industry.
Sources disclosed that Wizkid is excited about the opportunity afforded him by Hennessy as he has taken to his Instagram account to promote the collaboration.
‘Legendary! Hennessy!’ he wrote as caption to a picture of himself and 2face today.
Earlier he had written, ‘This year’s Hennessy Artistry is going to be massive and I am really privileged to be working with legend, 2Face Idibia… I can’t wait to get into the studio with him!!! Watch this space!
