Famous legendary Nigerian rapper, Ruggedman calls EFCC Officials out for allegedly making arrests before starting their investigation.

Ruggedman has called out the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, for allegedly making arrests before starting their investigation.

He called them out on Twitter asking if they think they are different in any way from rogue police officers.
