In 1993 Tupac Shakur was charged in the shooting of 2 off-duty police officers from an Atlanta, GA suburb. Shakur was charged with 2 counts of aggravated assault and was released on $55,000 bond. According to the NY Times, The two officers were released today from Grady Hospital here; one was wounded in the abdomen, the other was in the buttocks. After investigating Atlanta prosecutors determined they could not press charges against either parties due to lack of evidence. All charges against Tupac Shakur were dismissed.

Granted, Halle did not actually kill anyone, but I feel like this is close to worst. Which is why she gets a dishonorable mention on this list. Halle was responsible for hitting a person with her car. The young woman lived but was in the hospital for a while. But here is the nasty bit: after she hit this woman, Halle rushed away from the scene in the wee hours of the night. She claims not to remember the accident, Berry later turned up at a hospital where she reported the accident to police and received 22 stitches for a gash on her forehead, according to People magazine. The actress, who pleaded no contest, was sentenced to 250 hours of community service, which she fulfilled by volunteering at a battered women’s shelter, and three years’ probation, according to the Associated Press. Jet magazine reported that she later settled a civil lawsuit with the other driver out of court.
