“End Of Youth” is about feeling so depressed, and sad that you feel like you have lost your youth. While explaining the track, Sheeran says,

I basically realised that when grief first happened in my life that my youth had actually ended, because you experience the first like really heavy adult thing.

The track has Sheeran looking back at his not-halfway-yet year, and all the heartbreak, and grief he has experienced. The slow guitar track, was released as the sixth track to the album, – (Subtract), released on May 5, 2023.
