Gabby’s List the online business credibility listing announces that it is starting a contest to give away 1million naira to a business that post the most creative resolution it provided to a customer complain.
The contest is intended to bring awareness to good business practices with emphasis on good customer service. Participating businesses can submit their story at blog.gabbyslist.com. The public can vote for the most creative winning conflict resolution story. Contest ends November 17, 2016 and Voting ends December 15, 2016. Winner will be announced December 17, 2016.
The focus of the contest is to help bring more awareness to the issue of customer service in Nigeria and get the registering businesses to experience how good service can help improve sales and grow revenue. Gabby’s List will level the playing field between large and small businesses based on quality of service and helping small businesses reach thousands of users through exposure on the site.
Eligibility: This Contest is open only to those who sign up at blog.gabbyslist.com and who owns an operating business as of the date of entry. The Contest is only open to legal businesses and residents of Nigeria and in any State, and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Gabby’s List, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
The Contest: Registrant businesses/individuals are required to submit the most creative solution they have applied to resolve a customer complaint. Contestant must describe the customer service issue or complaint filed by the client, the challenge encountered to resolve the complaint and describe the creative solution successfully offered and provided to the customer. (Registration is free during contest and under the contest rule. Subscription is required for subsequent months after contest. You may cancel registration at end of contest to terminate continued listing of your business to users on the site)
