The clip, directed by Hyphy Williams, begins with some picturesque views — not only of her idyllic surrounding environment but of Kehlani herself. Upon taking a soak in the hot tub, she proceeds to hit the dusty trail for a little bit of self-reflection. Before long, she’s taking a stroll in the wide-open wilderness, surrounded by gargantuan mountains lit by a crystal clear sky. Insofar as the premise goes, it’s a relatively simple one, though rendered effective through strong cinematography and a passionate performance from ‘Lani herself.
