Moelogo will release “Sorry You Couldn’t Love Me” in early August 2025 as the lead single for his debut album The Yorùbá Healer, scheduled for 2026. The British-Nigerian artist collaborates with producers Salamii TK and Bigfootinyourface on this minimalist track, which explores themes of emotional detachment and cultural identity. The song marks a stylistic shift toward introspective songwriting following his earlier Afrobeats-focused EPs.

The single precedes Moelogo’s first full-length project, reflecting his dual heritage and interest in ancestral narratives. His previous work includes collaborations with Wizkid and Mr Eazi, establishing his presence in the UK-Afrobeats scene since the mid-2010s. Motrakz Records, his independent label, will distribute the three-minute track ahead of the album’s completion.
