Rema is on the cusp of truly breaking out in the United States, as his fame becomes larger and larger. The Nigerian superstar has been able to adeptly merge afrobeats style with a more American style of rap, namely, harmonizing and sing-song-rapping. It’s resulted in some major melodic bangers, including “Bad Commando” (as well as the EP it’s attached to, of the same name).
