On fourth and final single off of Pink Is Better, Token links up with YKD Jah and Lil Skies for a song about unhealthy addiction for love and what the lack of it can cause people to do.

Song was announced on December 6, 2021 when Token revealed the tracklist for the album and wrote that “IOD” will be dropping three days later, on December 9.
