Token Sip

“Sip” is the second single from Token’s upcoming album, first announced at the end of Token’s “Hi Tyler, The Creator…”.

In the song, Token talks about a break up, recovering and learning from it.

On December 28th 2019, Token posted a snippet of the song on his Instagram account with a caption:

Yall let me sing tho?? Yes or no

More than a year and a half later, the full song was released alongside music video for it which depicts Token taking his clothes of in a restaurant, symbolizing how he’s showing himself as a vulnerable human to all the eyes that are watching him.
