Chris Brown was victorious in Court yesterday after the mother of his child, Nia Guzman, filed a lawsuit to restrict his custody of their daughter, because of his alleged drug use and affiliation with violent gangs.
According to her, her baby daddy Chris Brown was unfit to care for their daughter, Royalty, without strict supervision.
She wanted him to be monitored and is also requesting in another case – for her child support allowance to be increased from $2,500 to $16k a month.
The Judge struck out the custody case and maintained that they will both continue to have joint legal/physical custody and Chris doesn’t have to be monitored.
