19 year old Kylie Jenner spends $4.5m on her third house (Photos)

At 19, Kylie Jenner has bought three houses. The reality star seems to be investing all her earnings in real estate.

TMZ has learned Kylie purchased another Hidden Hills, CA property on Tuesday. The 4 bedroom, 4 bath home is worth around $4.5 mil and is right next door to the $6 million pad she purchased in May.

She also owns a property in the nearby gated Calabasas community where most of her family lives.

Though she put it on sale for $3.9 million.
