The leader of the Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign States of Biafra (MASSOB), Ralph Uwazuruike, was in a closed door meeting with ex-Niger Delta Militant, Alhaji Asari Dokubo at the latter’s residence in Buguma Toru Local Government, Rivers State.
