Asari-and-RalphThe leader of the Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign States of Biafra (MASSOB), Ralph Uwazuruike, was in a closed door meeting with ex-Niger Delta Militant, Alhaji Asari Dokubo at the latter’s residence in Buguma Toru Local Government, Rivers State.

Ralph Uwazuruike is the founding father of the secessionist movement which he founded in 1999 just after the elections that saw Chief Olusegun Obasanjo emerge as President.
